Ingredients
- 2 oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Reserve Rum *
- .5 oz Licor 43 *
- 1 Bsp Green Chartreuse *
- .6 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Strawberry De-stemmed & Quartered
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- De-stem and Quarter the Strawberry then add that to the shaker.
- Muddle the strawberry gently.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a whole strawberry.
