Fog Cutter
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bacardi White Rum *
- 1 oz Meukow Cognac *
- .5 oz Dillon's Dry Gin *
- .5 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry *
- 1.5 oz Orange Juice
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except the sherry to the shaker tin.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over crushed ice.
- Float the sherry on top.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
