Ingredients
 
 

  • 1.25 oz Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça *
  • .5 oz Lucid Absinthe *
  • .5 oz St Remy VSOP Brandy *
  • .5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao *
  • 1 oz Red Wine *
  • 8 oz Pineapple Slices
  • 4-5 Raspberries

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add the fruit to the shaker tin and muddle it thoroughly.
  • Add remaining ingredients except the wine to the shaker.
  • Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour straight into a wine glass.
  • Float the red wine on top.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
