Brazilian Sangria
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça *
- .5 oz Lucid Absinthe *
- .5 oz St Remy VSOP Brandy *
- .5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao *
- 1 oz Red Wine *
- 8 oz Pineapple Slices
- 4-5 Raspberries
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add the fruit to the shaker tin and muddle it thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients except the wine to the shaker.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Pour straight into a wine glass.
- Float the red wine on top.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
