  • 2 oz Beefeater Dry Gin *
  • 1 oz Gifford Crème de Framboise *
  • 7 Raspberries
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters (optional)

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.


  • Add Raspberries to shaking tin and muddle gently.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
  • Fines strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with three raspberries.
