Tom Collins

Tom Collins is a refreshing cocktail made with Bombay Gin, cherry, club soda, ice, lemon juice, lemon wheel, and simple syrup. This classic drink is perfect for any occasion and is easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Starting with Bombay Gin, this cocktail provides a smooth and crisp base that is perfect for mixing. The addition of a cherry adds a subtle sweetness to the drink, while the club soda adds a touch of fizziness. Ice is essential for keeping the drink cool and refreshing, making it the perfect summer cocktail.

The lemon juice in a Tom Collins provides a tart and acidic flavor that balances out the sweetness of the simple syrup. The lemon wheel adds a pop of color to the drink and also provides a hint of citrus aroma that enhances the overall experience.

Simple syrup is a mixture of equal parts sugar and water that is heated until the sugar dissolves. It is used in a Tom Collins to sweeten the drink without adding a gritty texture like granulated sugar would.

To make a Tom Collins, start by adding the Bombay Gin, cherry, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well mixed, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Overall, a Tom Collins is a classic cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. With its simple ingredients and refreshing taste, it is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
