- Ninja Glass (or blender of choice)
Ingredients
- 2 oz Medre Mezcal *
- .5 oz McGuinness Blue Curaçao *
- .75 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add all the the ingredients to the a blender and add ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a coupe.
- Garnish with an orange peel cut in the shape of a wing.
