Ingredients
 
 

  • 1.5 oz Medre Mezcal *
  • .75 oz Milano Campari *
  • .5 oz PX Sherry – Amontillado Sherry Substitute *
  • .25 oz Triple Sec *
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin.
  • Whip shake with crushed ice for 10 seconds.
  • Fill a Highball glass half way with crushed ice.
  • Free pour into the partially filled Highball glass.
  • Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
