  • 2 oz Medre Mezcal *
  • .5 oz McGuinness Blue Curaçao *
  • .75 oz Fresh Lime juice
  • 1 Tsp Agave Syrup

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add all the the ingredients to the a blender and add ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a coupe.
  • Garnish with an orange peel cut in the shape of a wing.
