Homemade Irish Cream

  • 1 Bottle Irish Whiskey *
  • 28 oz Condensed Milk
  • 4 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 oz Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 oz Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 2 Tsp Instant Coffee

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.


  • Add all ingredients to the Blender.
  • Blend until well mixed.
  • Pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator.
