  • 4 oz White Sugar
  • 4 oz Water
  • 3-4 Passion Fruits

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add the sugar, water, and passion fruit innards to a pot on the stove.
  • Heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
  • Fine strain the mixture into a clean bottle.
