  • 1.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum *
  • .5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • .5 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.


  • Add the first three ingredients to the shaker glass.
  • Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour the sparkling wine on top.
  • Stir gently to incorporate the ingredients.
  • Garnish with pineapple fronds.
