Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Lamb’s Classic White Rum *
- .5 oz Midori *
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Half a Diced Kiwi
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Cut, peel, and dice half a kiwi and add it to the shaker.Half a Diced Kiwi
- Muddle the kiwi thoughtfully.
- Add the remaining ingredients.1.5 oz Lamb’s Classic White Rum, .5 oz Midori, .5 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White
- Shake with three ice cubes, very hard for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
