  • 1.5 oz Lamb’s Classic White Rum *
  • .5 oz Midori *
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Half a Diced Kiwi

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.


  • Cut, peel, and dice half a kiwi and add it to the shaker.
    Half a Diced Kiwi
  • Muddle the kiwi thoughtfully.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
    1.5 oz Lamb’s Classic White Rum, .5 oz Midori, .5 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White
  • Shake with three ice cubes, very hard for 10-15 seconds.
  • Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
