Gin Gin Mule
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin *
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- 1-2 oz Ginger Beer
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker glass.
- Shake with ice for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass 3/4 filled with crush ice.
- Add ginger beer on top leaving enough rook for the gin.
- Float the Empress 1908 gin on top.
- Garnish with some mint.
