Pisco Chilcano
Pisco Chilcano, a traditional Peruvian beverage, is typically made with pisco and ginger ale as its two main ingredients. The drink’s origins are unknown; however, some believe it was created by a French bartender in Lima who mixed Pisco with French wine and ice to create Pisco Chilcano. The version that I have provided for you here, on the other hand, is the standard one that you will find. Take a look at it and then let us know what you think of it.
