Pisco Chilcano
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 Drops Angostura Bitters
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add ice to a Highball glass.
- Build in the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
