Coconut Sunrise
Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum *
- .5 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum 151 Proof *
- 2 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1.5 oz Grenadine Syrup
- 4 oz Orange Juice
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- In a separate glass mix the Coconut Rum and the Orange Juice.
- Add the Cream of Coconut to the bottom of the hurricane glass.
- Slowly add crushed ice to the glass.
- Pour the Coconut Rum and Orange Juice mixture onto the crushed ice.
- Slowly pour the Grenadine on top so it settles.
- Float the 151 Rum.
- Garnish with an Orange Slice .
