Cinnamon Syrup

Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients
- 8 oz White Sugar
- 8 oz Water
- 2 Sticks of Cinnamon
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan combine cinnamon sugar and water.
- Warming on low heat, stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Allow to cool.
- Stays good up to 6 months in the fridge.
