The Dead Rabbit, a world-famous bar in New York City, has created a groundbreaking cocktail book in a graphic novel style.
Lower Manhattan’s Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog received every cocktail accolade imaginable, including “Best Bar in the World” in 2016.
Since publishing their critically acclaimed cocktail book The Dead Rabbit Drinks Manual in 2015, the bar’s founders, Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, along with bar manager Jillian Vose, have completely redesigned the bar’s menus in a daring, graphic novel style. These menus are now included in their most recent compilation, The Dead Rabbit Mixology & Mayhem.
The menus are highly sought-after works of art based on “Gangs of New York”-era tales recast with present bar personalities (including the authors) portrayed as the story’s heroes and villains.
