Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 oz Old Forester Bourbon *
  • 3 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add the first three ingredients to a shaker glass.
  • Shake with ice for 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
