Aperol Spritz Cocktails

We offer three different takes on the classic drink known as the Aperol Spritz. The first is the one that is offered at the PDT cocktail bar, while the second is the version that I like. Bittersweet and tangy are characteristics shared by all three of these ingredients. On the other hand, the PDT version has a stronger emphasis on citrus, whilst the one I like most is a little more gentler. Give them a go, and then report back to me with your thoughts.
