Spiced Honey Syrup
Ingredients
- 4 oz Honey
- 2 oz Water
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Tsp Allspice Berries
- 1 Tsp Cloves
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a sauce pan on the stove top.
- Heat until it boils.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 2 hours.
- 4, Fine strain and refrigerate.
