  • 4 oz Honey
  • 2 oz Water
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Tsp Allspice Berries
  • 1 Tsp Cloves

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.


  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan on the stove top.
  • Heat until it boils.
  • Remove from heat and let steep for 2 hours.
  • 4, Fine strain and refrigerate.
