- .5 oz Triple Sec *
- .5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth De Chambery *
- .75 oz McGuinness Blue Curaçao *
- 2 Orange Bitters

* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
- Add all ingredients accept the soda water to the shaker.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Pour Soda water on top and stir gently.
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
