Pineapple Upside Down
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka *
- .5 oz Disaronno Amaretto Liqueur *
- .3 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Grenadine Syrup
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the grenadine to the shaker.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a Hurricane Glass over fresh ice.
- Slowly pour the grenadine over the top.
- Garnish with a Lime Wheel and a Maraschino Cherry.
