Smash & Grab
Ingredients
- 2 Mint Sprigs
- 2 Orange Wheels
- 2 oz Larceny Bourbon *
- .25 oz Rich Simple Syrup
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add the mint, orange, and syrup to the shaker glass.
- Muddle thoughtfully.
- Add the Bourbon to the glass.
- Shake with Ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain with into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
