Mexican White Russian

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila *
- 1.5 oz Kahlúa *
- 1.5 oz Cream
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Pour the first two ingredients into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Stir to incorporate.
- Shake the heavy cream until it expands enough to float on top of the mixture in the glass.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
