Ginger Syrup
- 6 oz Granulated sugar
- 6 oz Water
- 7 oz Sliced Ginger
Place sugar and Water and Sliced Ginger into a sauce pan.
6 oz Granulated sugar, 6 oz Water, 7 oz Sliced Ginger
Use med-high heat and heat until Sugar is fully dissolved.
Stir and allow to simmer 15-20 min.
Fine Strain and allow to cool before use.
Will stay good in fridge for about 2 weeks.
