  • 5 oz Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • 5 Tbsp Powdered Cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 5 Cups Milk

  • Add all ingredients except chocolate into the sauce pan.
    5 oz Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate, 5 Tbsp Powdered Cocoa, 3 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup, 5 Cups Milk
  • Heat until hot and whisk to incorporate all ingredients.
  • Once the mixture reaches the required heat, add the chocolate.
  • Whisk until completely incorporated.
