Angel's Share
Ingredients
- 2 oz Meukow Cognac *
- .25 oz Licor 43 *
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Barspoon Peach Jam
* Each of these Spirits or Liqueurs used can be substituted for your favourite brand.
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker tine.
- Shake with crushed ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Free pour into a chilled Martini Glass
