Honey Syrup

Honey Syrup can be utilized in your cocktails in a way comparable to simple syrup, adding complexity and sweetness.
Remember that there are different honey varieties. Those harvested at other times of the year have various strengths and flavour distinctions. You may wish to use multiple types of honey according to the kind of cocktail you’ll be making with it. Milder honey varieties like clover and alfalfa lend themselves well to brighter mixes. While more affluent and earthier types, like buckwheat, are best in dark-spirit drinks.
