Honey Syrup

Honey syrup can be utilized in your cocktails in a way comparable to simple syrup, adding complexity as well as sweetness.

  • Bottle


  • In a medium saucepan combine honey and water.

  • Warming on low heat (do not boil), stir until honeyhas dissolved.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Stays good up to 6 months in the fridge.
