Cream of Coconut

Homemade Cream of Coconut The Best Coco Lopez Alternative.

Coco Lopez is the Gold Standard for most bars and craft cocktail aficionados. However, it can be hard to find outside of the United States and expensive when you find it.

This homemade version avoids fillers and stabilizers and only contains what is necessary. Unlike Coco Lopez, which has: Coconut, Sugar, Water, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan monostearate, Salt, Propylene glycol alginate, Mono and diglycerides, Citric acid, Guar gum, Locust bean gum. It has a shorter shelf life, but once you try it in a couple of cocktails, you will never return.

It also is a third cheaper to make than to buy. Which is perfect for anyone who wants to save money and have the best Cream of Coconut possible.
