How to make the Malibu Sparkling Colada. This Malibu Rum cocktail is lightly sweet with hints of Coconut and Pineapple. The sparkling wine give you a light effervescent cocktail that is very easy to drink and perfect for hot weather with friends. Try it out and let me know what you think.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- .5 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the first three ingredients to the shaker tin.1.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum, .5 oz Pineapple Juice, .5 oz Cream of Coconut
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Pour the sparkling wine on top.3 oz Sparkling Wine
- Stir gently to incorporate the ingredients.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds.
