A cross between wheat and rye. 100% triticale is lightly aged to provide a youthful version of this unique grain’s character. 

It may be consider a “weird whisky” when it’s finished the barreling process, but our Triticale Spirit is a rare find. Triticale is a hybrid grain cross of Rye and Wheat. It’s not commonly distilled. It has unique taste spicier than wheat and sweeter than rye.
