
Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Watermelon
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Add the watermelon and mint leaves to the glass.2 oz Watermelon, 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Muddle them gently.
- Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and white rum to the glass.2 oz White Rum, .75 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Add some crushed ice.
- Mix thoroughly.

- Garnish with a mint sprig and watermelon slice.
