Pink Mist
David Edwards created the Pink Mist Cocktail in 2022 for Booze On The Rocks in Barrie, Canada. It combines coconut and cranberry to give you a light and refreshing cocktail that is very easy to drink. Pink Mist Cocktail contains just enough lime juice and soda water to lengthen it out and give you an excellent summer cocktail.
Pink Mist
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- .5 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 3 oz Soda Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the Soda Water to the shaker.
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice into a Pint Glass.
- Top with the Soda Water
- Garnish with a lime Wedge.
