Jungle Cat
This gin-based take on the classic cocktail known as a Jungle Bird features the addition of jungle cat gin. On top of the taste of the gin, the pineapple and lime notes of the Campari come through beautifully and make the drink stand out. Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Old Tom Gin
- .75 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker glass.1.5 oz Old Tom Gin, .75 oz Campari, 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice, .5 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Maple Syrup
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds.
