  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 2 oz Watermelon
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Soda Water


  • Add the watermelon and mint leaves to the glass.
    2 oz Watermelon, 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • Muddle them gently.
  • Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and white rum to the glass.
    2 oz White Rum, .75 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Add some crushed ice.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Top with soda water.
    2 oz Soda Water
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and watermelon slice.
