Should We Contact The Authorities cocktail. This drink was made live on the internet by Booze on the Rocks, Rob’s Home Bar, and 62nd Cocktails. We requested the A.I. program to develop a sci-fi horror narrative involving bartenders on a live stream, and that’s when the concept struck. The phrase “shall we call the authorities” was used several times during the narrative, and thus the concept was born. Based on the components we had on hand, we each tried a somewhat different cocktail. Mine had cranberry juice in it. You get strong flavours with 151 Rum and Applejack, tied together by the lemon and cranberry juice. Put it to the test, then let us know what you think.

Ingredients
- 1 oz 151 Rum
- 1 oz Applejack
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker glass.1 oz 151 Rum, 1 oz Applejack, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice.
