Pre-Batched Long Island Iced Tea
For our Pre-Batched Long Island Ice Tea Cocktail, we used Dave Arnold’s technique to determine the water required to batch multiple cocktails into a bottle. We used 500 ml bottles, which gave us four cocktails per bottle. It’s easier than you think to pre-batch cocktails for a gathering of friends. Use this method to get you out from behind the bar and into the party. Try out our Pre-Batched Long Island Ice Tea Cocktail, and let us know what you think.
