Pisco Chilcano
Pisco and Ginger Ale are the main ingredients in the Pisco Chilcano, a traditional Peruvian drink. Pisco Chilcano’s beginnings are unknown; however, some claim that a French bartender in Lima blended Pisco with French wine and ice to create the drink. However, what I have provided here is the usual version that you will see. Take a look at it, then let us know what you think.
