Mystic Blue
Articuno, the legendary Pokémon ice bird and Team Mystic’s Mascot, inspired this three-ingredient Mezcal Mystic Blue Cocktail. It is an icy, cold cocktail with Blue Curaçao and a squirt of lime to balance out the smoky bite of the Mezcal. For another twist to this Mystic Blue Cocktail recipe you can add some Agave Syrup. Enjoy this cocktail while on the deck, by the pool or while watching Pokémon.
Mystic Blue
Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal
- .5 oz Blue Curaçao
- .75 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 1 Tsp Agave Syrup ((Optional))
Equipment
- Ninja Glass (or blender of choice)
Instructions
- Add all the the ingredients to the a blender and add ice.2 oz Mezcal, .5 oz Blue Curaçao, .75 oz Fresh Lime juice, 1 Tsp Agave Syrup
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a coupe.
- Garnish with an orange peel cut in the shape of a wing.
