The Monte Cassino Cocktail was created by Damon Dyer of the Louis 649 Bar in New York, and he made it for Benedictine’s 500th Anniversary cocktail competition. This is an equal parts cocktail based on The Last Word and the Final Ward. It is well balanced and so easy to drink. Try the Monte Cassino Cocktail out, and let us know what you think.
