Midnight Stinger

The Midnight Stinger. Sam Ross created the Midnight Stinger, the co-owner of Attaboy in New York and is an adaptation of the Stinger cocktail and a sour/Italian digestivo. The lemon and bourbon tie the Fernet-Branca together and are gently lightened with the simple syrup.

  • 1 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Simple Syrup


  • Add all ingredients to the shaker glass.
    1 oz Fernet-Branca, 1 oz Bourbon, .75 oz Lemon Juice, .75 oz Simple Syrup
  • Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
