Chris Hysted-Adams came up with the recipe for the Death Flip cocktail while he was working at the Black Pearl bar in Melbourne, Australia. And it was displayed on the menu with nothing but the phrase “You don’t want to meet this cocktail in a dark alley” under it. And, as you might expect, there was a line of people waiting to try it. Within the context of the flip style, the Death Flip has developed into a Modern Classic. Give it a shot, and then share your feedback with me.
