Dead Man’s Handle
The Dead Man’s Handle Cocktail is the best name for a cocktail, except for maybe Satan’s Whiskers. The Dead Man’s Handle is an emergency shutoff function invented for trains. When the conductor raised his hand off this switch, it would automatically un press and shut down the train so that if the conductor were ill or dead, the train would stop safely.
However, this Dead Man’s Handle Cocktail first came to our notice by Steve the Bartender’s video, but before we make the cocktail let’s talk about the ingredients.
