Dark ‘N Stormy

The Dark ‘n Stormy has become an iconic cocktail consumed on waterfronts around the globe. It was invented in the 1920s by British sailors experimenting with mixing Goslings Black Seal Rum with a Ginger Beer that was also being made on the island to help the sailors combat seasickness.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 oz Gosling Black Seal Rum
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • .5 oz Lime Juice

Equipment

Instructions

  • In a Highball glass with ice add the Lime juice and Ginger Beer.
    .5 oz Lime Juice, 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • Float the Goslings rum on top.
    2 oz Gosling Black Seal Rum
  • Garnish with a Lime wedge.
