
Daiquiri
The Daiquiri was allegedly created in 1898 in the eponymic mining town of Daiquiri on the southeastern tip of Cuba by an American mining engineer named Jennings Cox. A era later, it was created in the United States when a U.S. Navy medical officer brought the recipe from Cuba to Washington, D.C.

Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker glass.2 oz White Rum, 1 oz Lime Juice, .75 oz Simple Syrup
- Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Lime wheel.
