Cranberry Sauced Martini

The Christmas Sauced Martini, a cocktail based on the Breakfast Martini created by Salvatore Calabrese, swaps orange marmalade for cranberry sauce. This gives it a sweet but dry taste with a thicker viscosity. The cranberry shines with the gin and is lightly sweet. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Cranberry Sauced Martini



  • Add all of the ingredients to the Shaker glass.
    2 oz Gin, .5 oz Lemon Juice, 2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce, 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
  • Shake with ice for 15-20 seconds.
  • Fine strain into a Martini glass.
  • Garnish with something festive.
