The Cherry Pop Cocktail is a variation of a classic Martini. It has all of the Martini flavours with light cherry sweetness and depth from the bitters. It is subtle and complex and perfect for after dinner. Try it out, and let us know what you think.
- 1.5 oz Dry Gin
- .5 oz Vermouth
- 1 Tsp Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
- Add all ingredients to the stirring glass.1.5 oz Dry Gin, .5 oz Vermouth, 1 Tsp Maraschino Liqueur, 2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
- Stir with ice for 30 seconds or until desired dilution and is reached.
- Pour into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a Cherry.
