Bourbon Bird Cocktail

Bourbon Bird

The Bourbon Bird Cocktail, a variation of the Jungle Bird, is a great way to try a new combination of ingredients. I substituted a high-proof Bourbon for Rum and replaced the Campari with Amaro Montenegro. The bourbon and Amaro create a slightly sweet but spicy cocktail that is very balanced. Try out the Bourbon Bird Cocktail, and let me know what you think.
