Ingredients

• .25 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Bsp Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Triple Sec

Equipment

• Shaker Glass
• Japanese Jigger
• Barspoons
• Hawthorne Strainer
• Coupe Glass

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to the shaker glass.
  .25 oz Lemon Juice, 1 Bsp Simple Syrup, 1 oz Cognac, 1 oz Light Rum, 1 oz Triple Sec
• Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
• Strain into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with a lemon slice..
